I had a wonderful experience with the staff. Especially to Ms. Antoniette. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, kind, and professional throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for from start to finish. What stood out the most was that they reached out to check on me after my procedure, which showed how much they genuinely care about their patients. The entire procedure was painless, thanks to Dr. Arash’s skilled hands. I hope my next visit and procedure will be just as successful. Dr. Shirley Salazar Dentistry is honestly one of the most professional and best dental clinics I have experienced in Scarborough/Toronto!

I can’t thank Miriam enough for helping me urgently with my situation. I also want to thank Ms. Antonette, the other kind Filipino lady who assisted me, and Dr. Arash Safvati, who was very professional in extracting my wisdom teeth "both upper and lower".

I was honestly surprised because it only took about a minute to remove both teeth. That was beyond professional to me because I expected wisdom teeth extraction to take much longer. I did not feel pain during the procedure, only pressure and movement, and everything went smoothly.

I highly recommend this clinic especially if you have CDCP. They accept CDCP and it can really help with the cost. Even if you are not fully covered, it may still help you save money because you have benefits through the Canadian government. In my case, my extractions were covered by CDCP so I did not pay anything out of pocket. That was a big help for me.

Before I found Dr. Shirley Salazar Dentistry, I emailed and contacted more than 10 clinics because I needed urgent help! I was in pain and wanted to know if someone could treat me as soon as possible! A lot of clinics gave me a hard time! Some gave me high estimates, some gave me dates weeks away, and others referred me to specialists or oral surgeons. I understand that every clinic has its own process and limitations but when you are in severe tooth pain waiting for weeks is really hard!

Dr. Shirley Salazar Dentistry was different. They called me in, asked if I had time, and helped me the same day! It was simple and direct. I asked Miriam if Dr. Arash could do it and she confidently said that he could. There was no hesitation, no negative comments, and they did not make me feel like my situation was impossible. Dr. Arash did exactly that and extracted my wisdom teeth smoothly.

As someone who also works in healthcare, I really appreciate this kind of care! This is how healthcare workers should treat people with urgency, professionalism, kindness, and respect!

The whole team was professional, respectful, caring, and intelligent. They deserve to be recognized for how they helped me when I really needed it.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. You will feel safe  from Covid inside their clinic because they always clean the rooms, equipments and chairs, etc. after every patient (even before the pandemic).
